Each item is handcrafted in our studio with care and attention to detail.

Please allow 4–9 business days for processing and dispatch. Standard shipping from Israel (via EcoPost) typically takes up to 21 business days for delivery to Europe and the US. However, delays may occur due to holidays or severe weather. If your package hasn’t arrived after 21 days, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help track it down and resolve the issue.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, and we’ll monitor the delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.

If you need your order by a specific date, please choose Express Shipping at checkout. Express shipping fees are calculated based on the order’s weight and destination.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

If you decide to return an item, please send it back within 14 business days of receiving it and provide us with a tracking number. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) via PayPal or credit card.
